Dr. Mohamed Hablas is the founder of OUTREACH. With over 30 years of experience, he is dedicated to helping patients restore mobility, strength, and confidence through personalized, evidence-based care.
He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Dominican College in New York (2015) and his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Cairo University (1995). Dr. Hablas continues to combine advanced clinical knowledge with compassionate care to achieve lasting results for his patients.
